By accessing or using any services provided by Vexiam Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms. These Terms of Service apply to all clients, collaborators, and users of our website and services.

1. Our Services

Vexiam Studio offers digital content production, including CGI, 3D design, VFX, animation, virtual tours, and immersive media. All projects are subject to custom proposals or agreements outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables.

2. Payments

Our standard payment structure is 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. All prices are quoted in AED (or USD where applicable) and are exclusive of VAT, if applicable.

Work will not begin until the initial payment is received. Final deliverables will only be released once the full payment has been made. Delays in payment may result in paused work or withheld files.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise:

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers upon full payment.

• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and social channels.

• Client-provided materials must be owned or properly licensed by the client.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional changes or major scope shifts may incur extra charges and timeline extensions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work begins:

• Completed work will be billed accordingly.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services or digital files.

• Vexiam Studio may cancel a project in cases of repeated delays, non-payment, or breach of terms.

6. Legal Use & Compliance

Clients agree not to request or use our services for content that violates UAE law or public morality. We reserve the right to refuse any project that may involve political, defamatory, or culturally sensitive material.

7. Confidentiality

All sensitive information and assets shared with us are treated as confidential and will not be shared or disclosed without your written consent, unless required by UAE law.

8. Liability

While we take every project seriously, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays due to third-party tools or force majeure

• Client-side misuse of deliverables

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of our registered business location.

10. Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes your agreement to the latest version.
